Eight to ten days from the day you order. You’ll get a tracking link as soon as the parcel leaves us, and you can check it any time from the Track Your Order page.
Orders are picked and packed by one person, usually within a day or two. If something is going to take longer than that, we’ll email you rather than let you wonder.
Yes. Every order gets a tracking link by email when it ships. If the link isn’t working or the tracking hasn’t updated in a few days, message us and we’ll chase it.
Email us with your order number. If a parcel is genuinely lost in transit, that’s our problem to solve, not yours. We’ll replace it or refund you in full.
Send a photograph within seven days of delivery and we’ll replace the piece or refund you in full, including what you paid for shipping.
If the order hasn’t shipped yet, yes. Email us as soon as you can. Once it’s gone we can’t redirect it.
