We do not currently offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or size selection. Please contact us to confirm the measurements and fit of your chosen dress before ordering.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, email naghmanacollections@gmail.com within seven days of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

Made-to-order bridal pieces are made to measurements confirmed with you before production.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
