Ordering & product
Yes. Every piece is fully stitched and ready to wear. Available sizes vary by dress and are listed on its product page.
Pret is Pakistani ready-to-wear: a finished, stitched outfit rather than fabric you take to a tailor. Casual pret is the everyday end of it; luxury pret is the occasion end.
Shirt, trouser and dupatta. A two-piece is shirt and trouser, no dupatta. Every product page states which it is.
Some are. The range includes printed pieces, embroidered pieces, and pieces that are both. The product page says which, and there is a close-up photograph of the work on every one.
Lawn is a fine, breathable cotton, and it is what most women in Pakistan wear through summer. Chiffon is sheer, much lighter, drapes rather than holds a shape, and is always lined.
Yes, made to order. The Brides collection is made to your own measurements, so it needs a few months’ notice before the date.
No. The price is what it costs to make the piece properly and pay the woman who made it.

Returns & payment
No. We don’t offer returns or exchanges at the moment. Naghmana is one person and a small stock of pieces, and rather than run a returns process badly we have not promised one. Please check the measurements before you order, and email us if you’re unsure.
Then it’s on us, and we fix it. Send a photograph within seven days of delivery and we’ll replace the piece or refund you in full, shipping included.
A made-to-order piece is made for one person, so it can’t be returned or resold. That’s exactly why we take the measurements with you before anything is cut, and confirm every detail in writing first.
Card or PayPal. We don’t offer instalment plans or buy-now-pay-later.
